How we work in your building: we follow the building's work hours and house rules, and we meet the shareholder and the super at the unit before work begins. Our in-house architects and designers prepare the drawings and handle DOB filings, we put together board packages and respond to board questions, and we issue COIs with Labor Law and Action Over coverage within 24 hours of signing. The same team stays on the job from start to finish.
