Precision Construction & Design is currently renovating a kitchen in a FirstService Residential-managed building, and we have completed full apartment renovations, kitchens, bathrooms and flooring in FirstService Residential buildings throughout Manhattan, including the Upper West Side and the Central Park area. Whether the job is one room or the whole apartment, the same team handles it from start to finish.

We work the way managed buildings expect: we follow the building's work hours and house rules, and we meet the shareholder and the super at the unit before work begins. Our in-house architects and designers prepare the drawings and handle DOB filings, we put together the board package and answer the board's questions, and we issue COIs with Labor Law and Action Over coverage within 24 hours of signing.
