Precision Construction & Design has renovated apartments in co-op and condo buildings managed by Douglas Elliman throughout Manhattan, including the Upper West Side and the Central Park area. Our work in these buildings includes full apartment renovations as well as kitchens only, bathrooms only, flooring, waterproofing, or all of it combined.

We work the way managed buildings expect: we follow the building's work hours and house rules, and we meet the shareholder and the super at the unit before work begins. Our in-house architects and designers prepare the drawings and handle DOB filings, we put together the board package and answer the board's questions, and we issue COIs with Labor Law and Action Over coverage within 24 hours of signing. The same team stays on the job from start to finish.
