Precision Construction & Design has completed full apartment renovations, kitchens, bathrooms and flooring in co-op and condo buildings managed by AKAM throughout Manhattan, including the Upper West Side and the Central Park area. We take on single-room projects and whole-apartment renovations alike, with the same team from start to finish.

​We work the way managed buildings expect: we follow the building's work hours and house rules, and we meet the shareholder and the super at the unit before work begins. Our in-house architects and designers prepare the drawings and handle DOB filings, we put together the board package and answer the board's questions, and we issue COIs with Labor Law and Action Over coverage within 24 hours of signing.
